The Alexandra Court Apartments is a 6 story brick building built in 1909. It was originally built as a residence hotel and had a restaurant, billiard hall and a ball room on the main level. It was made into 75 individual apartments in the early 1940's.
As close as we can tell the outside of the building , including some of the landscaping, has been kept as it was when built. We have many vintage rose bushes that our tenants take great pride in. There is also a beautiful, unique, old tree of which we are not sure of the date it was planted.
Our family has owned the building for 2 years and we are working at bringing back the original charm of the interior was when it was built.
