Step One - Fill Out Application
Our application is available online or in the office. Click the "Download Application" button below to get started. Please fill out 100% of application. If you have any questions regarding the application get in touch with us here. Each person applying for residency must fill out their own application. Please be aware that there is a cleaning/security deposit based on the size of the unit ($500 for studios or one bedrooms, $800 for two bedrooms) as well as a $25 per set key deposit at minimum.
Step Two - Pay Application Fee
Our application fee is $38 per applicant. No application will be processed without an application fee. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks or credit cards to cover the application fee but we do accept paypal.
We accept only one application at a time per available unit.
Step Three - Background Check
Once we have your application and fee we send it to Background Investigations for processing. This takes, generally, one to three days and they will provide us with a recommendation based on our rental criteria. All applicants will be either "Straight Approval", "Additional Security" or "Denial". If additional security is recommended we will require a deposit equal to a month's rent or a qualifying co-signer in addition to the cleaning/security deposit.
Step Four - Notification of Approval
Once we get your recommendation back we will notify you and you will have 24 hours to come in and sign an Agreement to Execute Rental Agreement form and pay your cleaning/security deposit. Once those are complete we'll schedule a move in day. On, or just before, move-in day you'll sign the rental agreement/move-in paperwork, pay move-in funds and receive keys.
