The Alexandra Court Apartments is a 6 story brick building in the popular area of NW Portland. N. W. 20th Place is a 1-block long 2-lane street and is about 10 blocks from Portland's city center. There are many restaurants, shops, theaters and galleries in this area besides the necessities for everyday living. Fred Meyer's Northwest Best , a grocery, drug, misc. + store, is directly across the street from the Alexandra Ct. (they even have a Starbucks!). There is a bank ½ block away and another 2 blocks away. Portland's Max (Mass Transit System) is 2 blocks from the apartments and will take you to many destinations, including the airport. A new trolley system from the NW area to the core downtown area is within 5 blocks.
Alexandra Court is family owned and managed. There is no management company involved.
Laundry facilities are in the basement. We have 10 parking spaces that, if available, rent for $75.00 per month. There is also parking on the street in front of the building. A no smoking/pet policy is maintained for the entire building.
